All of our help desk support team have the tools to remotely identify and fix most computer issues but we’re equally happy to go onsite when our Help Desk staff can’t fix your technical issue remotely. We’re local! We have two locations (one in north Orange County and one in the heart of Orange County) to best serve our Orange County, California clients. We dispatch onsite techs immediately for emergencies and schedule routine onsites so they fit into your schedule.
When you call or email us with a technical support request, our help desk provides the entire range of support from basic to advanced hardware and software troubleshooting. We support a myriad of hardware that you may not even think about such as security cameras, cell phones, laser printers, label printers, phone system (see our Phone System Support page for more information), laptop docking stations, network infrastructure including routers, switches, and cabling, and so much more.
If we find some equipment that is just broken, we’ll give you options; repair it if it makes sense or buy a new one. If you decide to buy a new one, we’ll research and find the best prices for you, order it, and when it arrives, install it.
Our desktop support team installs new programs, updates your current programs, and even changes software settings to better suite your needs.
Our help desk will even manage your third-party vendors such as telephone, Internet, and Line of Business software companies so you don’t have to.
